Next Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment
Call for nominations to become the next Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment
EAPA is looking for a new Editor-in-Chief for the European Journal of Psychological Assessment (http://www.eapa-homepage.org/Journal) and invites applications for this position. The term for the new editor will be the next three years starting in January of 2013 (calendar years 2013-2015). The journal mainly publishes articles on psychological assessment and to some degree on issues of assessment methodology. The journal is the official publication of EAPA (http://www.eapa-homepage.org/) and has developed into the flagship of the association over the years. The present impact factor is 2.5. The journal is run by the Editor-in-Chief in cooperation with four Associate Editors and is published by Hogrefe Publishers (http://www.hogrefe.com/periodicals/european-journal-of-psychological-assessment/).
Desirable properties of the new Editor-in-Chief are an established profile in one of the areas of psychological assessment, individual differences (differential psychology) or research methodology, expertise in text construction, qualities to manage the editorial team, and EAPA membership or the willingness to become member.
